Group Classes

No matter what your gender, sexuality, body type, age, or previous dance experience belly dance is for you!

Come to class in comfortable clothing such as yoga pants and tanktop. Bring a scarf or coin scarf to tie around your waist and a bottle of water.

Belly Dance Basics I

This 8 week class will start from the BEGINNING with the absolute fundamentals of belly dance. You will leave class with better balance and muscle control as well as with basic moves such as shimmies, hip bumps, body undulations, and arm movements.

Belly Dance Basics II

This 8 week class will continue from the end of Basics I with more belly dance fundamentals. You will leave class with better balance and muscle control as well as with basic moves such as shimmies, body undulations, and arm movements. This class will also delve into culture so you can start to navigate the belly dance world with ease.
